REFUND POLICY

Last updated October 9, 2026

This Refund Policy ('Policy') applies to all purchases of services from BLACKRDP LTD ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in the United Kingdom at 8/A Greenwood Grove, Blackrdp Office, Marcham, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX13 6FR (Company number: 17049845), operating the website https://blackrdp.com. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Legal Terms: https://blackrdp.com/terms-of-service.

GENERAL POLICY — NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. BLACKRDP LTD does not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata reimbursements for any purchased service, including but not limited to VPS, RDP, dedicated servers, and any related hosting products, except as expressly required by applicable law or as set out in this Policy.

UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK law. In particular, if you are a consumer (an individual purchasing outside the course of any business or trade), you retain the following rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Service not as described: If the service you received materially differs from the description provided at the point of sale, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or, where repeat performance is not possible or not provided within a reasonable time, a price reduction or full refund.
Service not performed with reasonable care and skill: If we have failed to provide the service with reasonable care and skill as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to remediation or a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Service not delivered: If we are wholly unable to deliver the purchased service for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.

To exercise any of the above rights, you must contact us within a reasonable time of becoming aware of the issue. Claims submitted more than 30 days after the start of the affected service period may be considered outside of the reasonable time window unless the issue could not reasonably have been identified sooner.

14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. However, by accepting our Terms of Service and requesting immediate activation of your service upon payment, you expressly waive this right. Once your service has been activated, the 14-day cancellation right is lost and no cancellation refund will be due under these Regulations. This waiver is set out in full in our Terms of Service at https://blackrdp.com/terms-of-service.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

If you are purchasing services in the course of a business, trade, or profession, the consumer protections described in this Policy do not apply to you. All sales to business customers are strictly final, and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances except at our sole discretion.

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Without limitation to the general no-refunds policy, the following circumstances will not give rise to any refund entitlement under any conditions:

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated services without notice and without any obligation to restore access regardless of the outcome of the dispute.

We strongly encourage you to contact us at admin@blackrdp.com before raising any payment dispute. The majority of billing concerns can be resolved promptly through direct communication. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant fraud prevention agencies.

Where a payment made by card is disputed with the card issuer, the service it paid for is suspended automatically while the dispute is open, and remains suspended if the dispute is decided against us. Ordinarily the service is restored if the dispute is withdrawn or decided in our favour, or - at our discretion - if the service is paid for again. A payment made to restore a service takes the place of the disputed payment and does not add a further service period on top of the period the disputed payment paid for. We are not obliged to extend a service period for the time a service was suspended because of a dispute.

We answer disputes with evidence of the purchase and of the delivery and use of the service. No refund is paid for a payment while it is the subject of a dispute: the outcome of the dispute decides it. Where a dispute is raised without valid grounds we may, to the extent permitted by law, recover from you the amount in dispute and any fee charged to us by our payment processor for the dispute.

SERVICE OUTAGES AND DOWNTIME

BLACKRDP LTD does not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or service continuity. Services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. No refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind will be issued for service outages, downtime, degraded performance, or service interruptions, regardless of cause, duration, or frequency. By purchasing our Services, you accept that temporary unavailability may occur and that such occurrences do not constitute grounds for a refund or any other form of compensation.

REFUND PROCESS

Where a refund is determined to be due under this Policy or applicable law, the following process applies:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase;
A refund of a card payment is returned through our payment processor, Stripe, to the card that was used. It cannot be sent to a different card or account, and it usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days of being issued, depending on your card issuer;
We will process approved refunds within 14 days of confirming the refund is due;
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and are outside of our control once the refund has been issued;
Refunds will not include any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party processing charges incurred at the time of the original payment.
